Once committed to a lease, tenants are usually unaware of their rights under the binding contract. This is usually due to the property matters being left with inexperienced office employees who are not informed of tenancy rights under the lease. As a result, property matters may be left in the hands of the landlord or landlord’s agent, thus providing a biased outcome.

All enquiries or issues from management or your staff will be directed to Axia Property. We will then evaluate the enquiry and handle it in the appropriate manner.

We also keep track of important events and advise you when they occur such as rental increases, market reviews and lease expiry dates.

Primarily, all enquiries from your landlord or landlords agent will also be directed to us. We will then manage the enquiry and provide you with advice you need, then proceed according to your obligations under your lease agreement. The right approach will save you valuable time and money.
